FEES AND INSURANCE
FEES
I typically see clients once a week, once every two weeks or once a month. The timing of your sessions will depend on your needs, but therapy will work best when we see each other on a regular basis. I work Monday-Thursday. I take payment at the time of service and require a credit card on file. Unfortunately I do not accept other forms of payment at this time. My fee is $150 for every session (50-55 minutes). Group fees are $50 for every session.

I am in network with all the insurance partners of Alma www.helloalma.com. Alma partners with the following commercial insurance companies:

Cigna
If I am not in network with your insurance provider, you may pay for services cash (out-of-pocket) and later submit a superbill to your insurance company for a partial reimbursement. A superbill is an invoice of the services you have paid for, and I provide that for you in the client portal once a month. Please request that from me. I highly recommend that you call your insurance provider's customer service line and inquire what their reimbursement rates are for an out-of-network provider.
